I'd love to keep posting sneak peeks from the next and last Wilfair
book, but hoo boy, the pickings are getting slim. A lot happens, and I
don't want to reveal too much. So I come across a section I think will
work and then, like five sentences down, someone says something major and I'm
like "awwww, dang!" Can't post.
So, something else to share: I write myself shouty notes throughout the document when I want to
remember to circle back to something. (A Wilfair rule is all or most ideas or jokes must be revisited at least once.)
Here are some of the
shouty self-notes in "Fairwil":
WEIRD SPATIAL
GOMERY DRAWS
??? SUTTON PLAN
SAT IN MY CHAIR AND FELL ASLEEP
YOU SAID WHAT???
MONTY FORWARDING TEXTS
BRAIN KISS
WORLD OF MY HEAD
NEVER WOKEN ANYONE BEFORE
Shouty!
I'll find a few more sneak peeks to post before the end of May. I hope they won't all be this brief:
“Hold this?” Gomery handed me the paper bag. “Don’t look inside.”
